toilet and restroom user manual
Here’s how to use a toilet and restroom mindfully.
If you’re a man, sit for peeing.
If you’re a woman, I hope you’re doing that already.
Why sitting to pee if I’m a man?
Did you ever try?
It’s SO much more comfortable!
You’ll relax even more by sitting.
And it’s pretty difficult to miss the target.
So, less to worry.
Though sometimes you might need to orient your willy.
If you need to do the second type of digestive delivery,
I suggest to squat on the seat.
It makes the transit easier.
So you’ll probably have a more enjoyable time.
Don’t rush it though.
It might takes some time.
Better to stay longer once than to go several times.
An alternative to the real squat would be to elevate your feet by placing them on a footstool, or using the maybe available bin.
If none of these options are available, you could simulate the squat by elevating your legs without the help of any object.
Before and after squatting or sitting: clean the seat.
If you can, get totally undressed.
Undressing your bottom-half is enough, but hey, feel free to drop all clothing: it’s freedom time.
Before you leave,
make sure the place is cleaner and more tidy than you found it.
This suggestion is applicable to any kind of place, even outdoors.
Using matches is a good idea too for
immediate extinction of undesired inside-body fragrances.
Have matches in your home’s restroom: your guests will appreciate.
They’ll probably say yes to your invitations more often.
As a bonus, you could leave a good book, a note, a poem.
Most of all, make sure you don’t leave a trace!
